as you can see at the start I too was bullish but as time passes, factors changes

1.unemployment claims rose meaning demand destruction

2. IEA talking about reduction in overall global demand

3. Bearish divergences in various time frames

4. Pullback in EURUSD

5. Channel resistance in 5 min, 15 min, 30 min

Why wouldnt I wanna short now?
When I talk about shorting, I only mean getting aorund 50 cents and getting out. I showed you guys a live trade an hour back when sold at 46.80 and bought back at 46.20.

On the basis of my experience I am quite sure we will be seeing $49-$50 tomorrow.

Market players have to tank the market a little before they rocket it upwards tomorrow
 
im extremely pissed off as i got text alert saying oil went over 47, so i called atrader friend and asked him to sell from my account for me..

he wouldnt as said it was illegal and he refused to do it.. :(


So when i finally managed to get home i was all rushed and ended up getting fill after spead selling from 46.60 average price.


Target is oil hitting 45.86

hope you had a good day... OK, this is the thing. Started trading full time on monday with only 650GBP. I am a licensed Taxi driver in London but havent worked for 3 weeks now.

The first two weeks I was testing trading, but on Monday I started for real with only 650gbp, I am cautions kind of guy.

Anyway, I ve been following this thread from the very beggining and you guys were the last touch of ijnspiration I needed to take the plunge and I now it s way too early to be happy about it, but I m happy i finnaly started. You ve got to speculate to acumulate. ist that so??

anyway, today it was a funny day and i was at one point holding a loss of 450gbp, but I hanged in there and now I have just closed all my previous open positions netting a nice profit for the day.

My cash balance now is 1361 gbp.

and i still have one position open, gold future for the 29 jan, long at 825. I think gold will go to 850 not before long.

anyway, these were all my trades for the day (today I didnt have a single losing trade). I know this is not the norm and I can take the losses as they come.

If all goes pear shapped I still have my reliable taxi to fall back on.

Trust me i hate danger and risk.

Ive made a mistake about incrasing my trade sizes as my capital ha been rising,
but if i can dump this trade then from now on im not ever gna exceed £8 per tick, as i just dont need that much money, and so have no need to keep on such risk.



I am holding this trade though for oil to touch 46.08



i really dont get this move, ive said it before, the big traders who move the market all seem to me to be very stupid and confusing... lol

Since we have now risen 18% straight so far this week.

Thats now the highest weekly straight rise in a decade!!!


It doesnt look like much in dollars, but in % this move is HUGE!!!



And the 1 n only thing its based on is opec cutting supply...... :confused:

Fuk me that news is 1month old now!! lol


Seriously my grandma probably even knew that it was coming...,
so i dont get why its only being acted on and riced into the market now.





But whatever the reason for it coming in now, well its come in, and we are up about 18% for the week now.

All i need is a $2s drop from here, barely over 4% out of this 10% daily rise,
and im done.


And with the bad jobless claims, trade balance, and once this news has been priced in well people will start looking at weaking demand.



I just wish i hadnt gone in at such big size though, as i could then have widened my stoploss. :(
 
hello boys and girls!
little holiday really took it out of me! I slept for a day and tried to get back to trading yesterday but my head was all over the place and I lost £400. Felt much fresher today and am up £2300 :) mainly going long on oil and I had a big winner on my GBP/USD which im yet to lose on. I have WELL exeeded my Christmas target of £5ok now! :) so am thinking of taking some time off. Not sure though. Not been really reading this thread but I hope your still killling it spaniiiiishhhhhhhhhhh!!! :)
