Anyone know where the floor is in terms of cost of production?

I'm hesitant to say it can't go much lower. After all, when bubbles burst they don't simply revert to the mean but usually go a whole lot lower until an extreme is reached on the downside.

But it does feel like we have fallen too far, too fast and there is a big level at $40.25 so I have bought a little way infront of it and will see how the price reacts.

I'll average some more around the following areas:

$40.25

$35.52

$32.20

$27.66

$24.56

$16.70

$9.75

Below that I might be in a spot of trouble.

We'll have to see.
 
i made an extra £99 from a £1 sell from the dow daily cash too... :)


Although just as im bragging about my previous exit that was juts before a 50points bounce, the 8126 level that i had 1st said now been taken out without me... :D


ahhhhhh, no matter how good you are market always leaves you hanging dry

I will be going long oil when it hits the next line on my chart,
and im more tahn happy to call that on here as soon as i do.


Cos oil down 19% for the week, 24% now...

bounce of atleats a few % will come.
 
Looks like .69 was the bottom..., and its now bouce time.


Dows also hit that 8126,
that id even sayed 3days ago when dow was back at 8500s taht we would be seeing 8126 hit... :)

But that is extremely strong support.


and even if dow flat lines oil cant hold down a 24% crash
 
k if anyone is following my lines, and didnt get over patient like me and jump too early cos was feeling greedy... :p


The diagonal lines just been hit at 41.32
