closed that oil manually for another £240 
K THIS IS NOW FUKING IT!!!!!!!
Last week i made £1,819 at £2 tick.
If id just done absolutely nothing, not thought about the market, not looked at the markets, not even been near my laptop...,
just left my sell in place id have made £2,300 this week!!!
Instead liek a fuking twat i try working hard, sITTING awake all hours watcing every move in the market, streaming all the differnet enws and stuff in, cahsing in at suport and waiting for big bounces to resell...
And guess how much all that time and work earnt me this week??
£40!! £40 fuking quid, instead the £2,300 id have made by sleeping all week!!

You have to make the best decisions based on the knowledge you have at the time - which is why trading is such a challenge.
Dont ponder over what could have been - it's irrelevant. It's what you did that counts - this week you've broken even so far.

Part of me is tinking just get in the fuking trade right now and leave it till the sub 90s...
But i know that with my lukc the minute my trades goes trhough a giant pile of optimsm will come in cos the bailout gna come, and that will send oil rocketing an dleav eme getting fucked some more.
Im trying to wait till after the bill tomorrow to see if we get any jump in dow/oil form it taht i cna then sell the top of that.

AFTER THAT $0.75 RISE I BOUGT A DIP, WITH TIGHTEST STOPLOSS ALLOWED, AND GUESS WHAT I LOSE £33 MORE!!
No whats £7 profit for the week, but my aud/usd in about 40quid loss.
If i had actually sold my £3 tick back then id have made £250!!!

big time tough mkt this week, low volume and full of manipulative shit. can't scalp, if u give the spread up, ur finished.
Spanish I think you will do better next week, after you rest over the weekend. You could just be a little emotional right now which is effecting your judgment.
Over the weekend do not even think about the markets till Monday morning - come in with a fresh slate.
