entered LONG APRril contract at 41.15 , note LONG april not March.

waiting for March Short if it reach around 37.25

MARCH contract short entered at 36.90
so net spread APRIL/MARCH is at 4.25 which I expect to increase once US market opens as many people roll to APRIL contract

people who wanted enter this APRIL/MARCH LONG/SHORT ( 40.90/36.90 ) spread at this time you get this spread for $4.00 ( better than my price )
- at this $4.00 down side risk is very very low, only upside potentila

I am buying april at 4090

Aloha mate, im expecting that the march contract will really drop off near the close to the 33/32 level, and that could likely pull april contract down.

damn Oil looks weak this morning. The up swings are half the size of the down swings and the down swings are setting daily lows.

But I don't mind going long with a tight stop around 39.90 - 40.10 which is the Jan low for APR contract.

I am keeping close eye on ES to see of it stabilizes.

Sup spanish. Could you post a chart please mate?

Also, does anyone remember how oil behaved during the previous two expirations?

InvestVision, I've been learning about spreads but I haven't yet trade it. Though I think its a bit late for me to get in the MAR/APR spread.

The APR/MAY spread is around 2.55. So do you think that will rise to 6-8 range by expiration date next month?

Also, do you know where I can get information for fair value of a spread? what should be a normal range by near expiration?

Thx
