45 year old billionaire spends 2 MM/year to look 18

Sleep

The only supplement i take is a tiny dose of melatonin to help me sleep a few times a month.
The bottle containing the pills says 'life extension', but that is not why i take it, i just want a better nights sleep, and it seems to work for that, at least for me.
Melatonin is supposed to have many of other (anti oxidant) benefits as well, but i cant feel the effect of those.

You can buy pills with huge doses like 10mg. I use 0.3mg pills, and most times I take even less than half of a 0.3mg pill.
So some people consume 10mg in one night, i probably consume that much over a whole year!

Apparently it doesn't work for everyone, some people see no sleep improvements at all, but it works well for me.

Life Extension is a brand name. You are taking the correct amount, anything over 1 mg is a huge overkill. There is a patent explanation why producers make such a high amount. Johnson is taking the same dose.

Aging sucks (past about the age of 20) sucks. There's nothing good about it. If you have the resources to reduce the rate or affects of aging and it's not going to affect the quality of your life, you might as well use them.

1. Your 20s still should be a cakewalk. The real problems only start after 35.

2. Come on 2MM is a huge overkill. Even with a personal trainer a and cook, and 2 doctors, he shouldn't spend more than half million.

Also he doesn't look like a happy person, he worries about his health too much. The more he worries and spends time with useless body monitoring, the less he lives, so he is shortening his life.

You can try magnesium as well. As an alternate.

Bryan Johnson, 45, who made his fortune in his 30s when he sold his payment processing company Braintree Payment Solutions to EBay for $800 million in cash, is touting a daily routine that he says has given him the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old, and the lung capacity and fitness of an 18-year-old.

Johnson has a team of 30 doctors and regenerative health experts overseeing his regimen, he told Bloomberg News.

Johnson wakes every morning at 5 am, takes two dozen supplements, works out for an hour, drinks green juice laced with creatine and collage peptides, and brushes and flosses his teeth while rinsing with tea-tree oil and antioxidant gel.

Before bedtime, Johnson wears glasses that block blue light for two hours. He also constantly monitors his vital signs and undergoes monthly medical procedures to maintain his results, including ultrasounds, MRIs, colonoscopies and blood tests.

Personally, I hope he dies on stage when 85 while singing It's a long way to the top. (AC/DC joke)

Also, what is the point to have 800MM and not enjoying it???

monthly colonoscopies??!!! OMG!! That test by itself right there would've increased his age by 30 years each time he takes it. That test is hell!! Can't believe he thinks taking that test monthly would prolong his life.

Not to mention if you eat healthy, why do you need 2 dozen supplements??

Because the soil today that everything is grown from is getting depleted more and more of the micronutrients so I was told.
