sure, and how do you set your applications to always start and remain in the assigned virtual desktop places? IB's TWS already fails to start with...it does not work (yet) properly, at least not in Windows 10 or Ubuntu
...according to your logic nobody needs more than 1 display. Look at trading floors, the reality looks different, nobody wants to flip back and forth via key strokes, they wanna turn their head or eyes a little to the left and right and look at different content...sounds like we are talking about nitty gritty implementation details but it is the precise reason most traders currently employ multi monitor setups...and that is what a VR set provides as an alternative to multi monitor setups.
