3rd Kavanaugh accuser has long history of being a liar

A few of the better lines showing her lies in the article...

'In its civil complaint in a state court in Oregon, the company said Swetnick, a software engineer, was an employee for a few weeks before its human resources department received a report that she had engaged in "unwelcome sexual innuendo and inappropriate conduct" toward two male co-workers at a business lunch.'

'Company officials later determined, the suit said, that Swetnick had provided false information on her employment application. The suit alleged that she had misrepresented the length of time she worked at a previous employer and falsely claimed that she'd earned an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Johns Hopkins University.'

'To support her claim for lost wages, Swetnick named "Konam Studios" as one of the companies promising to employ her. A court filing identified Nam Ko, a representative of "Kunam Studios," as a possible plaintiff's witness for her case.'

'Ko, however, told AP on Friday that he was just a friend of Swetnick's and that he had never owned a company with a name spelled either way and had never agreed to pay her money for any work before she injured her nose. He said he first met Swetnick at a bar more than a year after her alleged accident.'

Julie Swetnick, one of the women who has publicly accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, has an extensive history of involvement in legal disputes, including a lawsuit in which an ex-employer accused her of falsifying her college and work history on her job application.

Legal documents from Maryland, Oregon and Florida provide a partial picture of a woman who stepped into the media glare amid the battle over Kavanaugh's nomination for the nation's highest court.

Court records reviewed by The Associated Press show Swetnick has been involved in at least six legal cases over the past 25 years. Along with the lawsuit filed by a former employer in November 2000, the cases include a personal injury suit she filed in 1994 against the Washington, D.C., regional transit authority.

from the article:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The suit alleged that she had misrepresented the length of time she worked at a previous employer and falsely claimed that she'd earned an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Johns Hopkins University.

Her lawyer, Avenatti, said that "whether she has a college degree or not does not matter as to whether she is a sexual assault victim."

Ahhh, excuse Mr. Avebullshitti, but the credibility of an accuser always matters.

She seems to have a well-established record of false claims, and I hope she will get all the attention she wants. The lefties argue that a woman should always be believed. Good, let's go with this one. Bring her before the committee so we can try that theory out and the public can see what the pool of accusers looks like.

Be interesting to see if the Trump boys go there with the degree considering Melania fabricated hers (the missing years..) and lied about it all very publicly. Faking a degree is ok we have to assume then.

The Uday's twitter comments about the restraining order are lies, one was applied for but was not issued, can't keep it straight like his dad.

All that said, an abused messed up young woman can be expected to act erratically.

Her statement says she had witnesses. It hinges on them. I have no doubt at all that such trains happened at the time just was Kavanaugh involved?

Does it matter? Kavanaugh seems to have perjured himself roundly already.

LOL, Trumptards complaining about someone being a liar and a pervert

Hahahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhahaahahahahahhaha

cons:
Kavanaugh has had multiple clearances, confirm, his record is unimpeachable.

Also cons:
Swetnick's multiple clearances can't be trusted, clearly a liar.

Women On NBC Panel Rip Into Avenatti, His Client's Accusations Against Kavanaugh

An NBC panel tore into sensationalist partisan lawyer Michael Avenatti and his client over their allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh after his client's credibility has been severely damaged by multiple recent media reports.

Commentator Amy Holmes noted that, as the FBI investigation into Kavanaugh proceeds, the Republicans' "fear is you will have more Michael Avenatti cases" which are a "real circus."

The panel highlighted that Avenatti is "upset" that the FBI is not taking seriously allegations made by his client, Julie Swetnick; the panel suggested that is probably a good thing, because it might be a bad thing if she talks to the FBI.

Recent reports have highlighted that Swetnick has made multiple sexual misconduct claims over the last 18 years — targeting multiple employers — and has been accused of lying about her education and workplace experience.

"She may not like the FBI looking more closely at some of these issues," Holmes said. "He's been begging for TV cameras."

Host Megyn Kelly added that Swetnick's "allegations are tenuous", saying, "If Avenatti's got corroborating witnesses, where are they? It's been a week and he hasn't put a single one forward."

So, just one more liar added to this so called Congressional hearing. Amazing that Richard Blumental lied about being a Vietnam Veteran, Corey Booker admitted to groping a woman yet, was not even called out on it by the Democrats? In the bizarro world Democrat Senators can do no wrong, and even if they did, are not held accountable for it! In contrast, Republican Senators are held to a higher standard, called racists, misogynists and other choice words but, they take it so, Democrat Senators just roll the RINO liberals! Republicans need to grow a pair and say enough and call the Democrat Senators out! Midterm elections coming and we, the voting public will hold the Democrat Senators all accountable for their actions!

Indeed. That is why I said yesterday that I dont see why Trump was resisting looking at the Sweathog accuser. He should let the FBI investigate everything about her and then put it in the face of all the lefties who are saying that a woman should be automatically be believed. The public should be able to see what the pool of accusers looks like out there, in addition to their model accuser Ford.

HOWEVER, I see that Trump has done that today. SO ALL IS GOOD. I am perfectly fine with looking at her in detail. Some people's bullshitomer is going to go into the critical zone though and that it is good.
