They dont prove obstruction and you and your ilk use those cases in a lame attempt to show that Mueller has all sorts of proof and cases of Trump obstruction or criminial conspiracy. They are an attempt to compensate for not being able to prove obstruction. Mueller is just witch hunting around DC now trying to find some stuff on Trump to get him impeached, even though he can't get him on the obstruction charge. We know you are fine with that.

And based on how the evidence was obtained in most of Mueller's cases, through phoney fisa warrants, fbi rigging and collusion with russian and british agents, etc. I would be fine with seeing the court toss most of them. We know you want more of it.

Meeting with Russians isn't collusion. If it was several democrats would be guilty too, as would people form both parties for decades past. Yeah, I know, when democrats meet with Russian officials it's called diplomacy. Sell your bullshit to someone else, and lucky for you there are plenty of buyers.

Meeting with Russians for the candidacy and not in an official capacity, then denying any knowledge of such meetings is a little different.

No, if Republicans developed opposition research on Camp Hillary and gave it to the FBI- and then they did not corroborate it- but used it in a FISA warrant application- the case against the dems should be dismissed or at least any finding flowing from the warrant suppressed.

Even if- and the word is "if"- elements of the dossier/warrant later prove to be true that does not tidy up the warrant. You can't use a warrant to go out and get probable cause for the warrant. That dog don't hunt. And just accepting opposition research from a political opponent- without corroborating it- as the basis of seeking a warrant is legally ugly beyond belief.
