And we have emails from Podesta in which the CIFUS guy sort of extracted a promise of a job or title from Podesta what look like the quid pro quo of him saying Hillary had not influenced him.
They both don't look good. But one set is circumstantial evidence and the stuff about Trump would probably be kept out of evidence as more prejudicial than probative.
