30 yr auction tomorrow (7/13)

forexfactory has it taking place at 1 eastern, but i remember in the past that they have switched the timing around so as not to interfere with minutes that were released same day. does anyone else know of reputable places that might confirm or give a different time for the auction tomorrow?

this says non-competitive closing time 11:00
competitive closing time 11:30

so i think the forexfactory is wrong and they'll release this at 11:30 eastern to get it out 1 hr before the fomc statement.

fyi this caught me off guard a few ago on a fy auction that was early. i was like "wtf are we so thin for right now" and then santelli was on w/auction results a minute later. boy i hate getting caught unhedged in markets that dry up like the desert all of a sudden.
