30-year-old billionaire buys SF's most expensive home
A tech billionaire bought San Francisco's most expensive home, a Victorian mansion in Pacific Heights, for $21 million. The buyer, Kyle Vogt, has sold two startups. He sold Twitch to Amazon, then sold Cruise to General Motors. He's still the CEO of Cruise. (KNTV San Francisco)

More S.F. home sellers are cutting their prices
There's one indication that San Francisco real estate couldbe cooling off: Sellers are lowering their asking prices. The city had the highest percentage of price cuts in the country, with 8 percent of listings carrying a reduced asking price, according to real estate website Trulia.(San Francisco Chronicle)
