The reality... there are many illegals In North Carolina signed up to vote. There is also no downside risk, North Carolina has never in the history of our state prosecuted an illegal alien for registering to vote. There is a financial motive to register so people do so in droves.. Most illegals however do not go to the polls and actually cast a vote unless they take the Democrats up on their bus trip to vote and more money for the mall scheme.
