No, it is an irrelevant, red herring question. Period. Legal AND illegal guns kill just the same. The legal ones are most likely more often involved in the most tragic shootings.
It's not a question of whether they kill the same, but of what can be done to prevent each. You keep trying to change the subject, and I don't blame you - you're supporting a losing narrative.
