no pushup bars they make it easier. yes they allow fuller range however your BW is more upright when using them which makes pushups a lot easier not harder.

No no no, how many pushups can you do taking 30 secs from floor to full extension?I didn't use pushup bars. And my chest and chin are perfectly flat. My form is perfect. So you are asking how many pushups in just one 30 second segment? That's way too easy. The hard part is when you cross 50 pushups. In 30 seconds I don't even break a sweat. But at the 3 minute mark I start getting deeply spiritual. LOL.
