$3 billion Cosmopolitan casino project faces foreclosure in Vegas

The developer of the $3 billion Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino says its lender, Deutsche Bank, filed a notice of foreclosure on the property for a construction loan of $760 million that just matured.

i knew it was all over for lv when george clooney,brad pitt and all those himbos announced they were partnering in a multi luxury building complex project...that was the top of lv RE...its been downhill ever since...never mind that half of vegas is LA people who cant afford to drive there now with 3-4 dollar gas...can you say ghost town?
