23% Annual Returns

I have been trading stocks at the retail level for just over 3 years. I am averaging about 23% returns annually, mostly swing-trading. I made 25% in 2015. Is this any good? Or, do I have work to do?
In my opinion this is already good result, than loss hence making these profit as long as can always able making profit and can trade with consistent profit it will better than huge profit but fail eventually

real traders don't have a need for others to tickle their balls to feel better about themselves...

If look on contest history, as winner often they can making fantastic profit might only a week can making profit more than 200% in demo contest, seems very good result but usually in demo contest many trader dare use high risk taker
