F yeah they are, and as such they don't know any better. That's exactly my point.how's that different than indoctrination/ brain washing? You think Muslims in Afghanistan aren't ostracized for being sympathetic to Americans?
it just drives me bonkers this feigned respect we must give the troops for fear of ourselves being ostracized as unpatriotic.
All veterans are proud of their service. That argument is about as strong as saying all Republicans are wanna-be slave masters. Up your game Tony if you're gonna chat with moi. I won't be drawn into illogical debates. No,its exactly what I wrote. He said he was proud to serve in Vietnam. The US were killing Asians in Vietnam.Vietnam never attacked America.
Scat never bragged about killing Asians. Period.
Regardless of how you feel about the politics behind the wars, the individual men and women in uniform took an oath to defend this country, it’s constitution, we the people you and I. And to follow the orders of the President and Officers appointed over them.
Military members today take that oath voluntarily. So yeah, it puts them in a class of people a little higher than those who do nothing but take from this country and give nothing back.
But quit being so hard on yourself, those serving, gladly defend you too.
You weren't defending America in the Vietnam war.You were just as brainwashed and delusional than as you are now.
He said he was proud of his service in Vietnam. The US were killing Asians in Vietnam.
You debate about as well as B1 does from the other side. Completely deficient of anything resembling the thought process required to make a valid counter-point. It just... "is the way it is"... in your heads. No ability whatsoever to think outside a limited field of vision and enough lack of IQ to not even realize that is where you're at.He said he was proud of his service in Vietnam. The US were killing Asians in Vietnam.
