One thing.... If America were "this way" when I was a young man, I'd never have sacrificed my time in military service during the Vietnam war to support and defend the SHIT America is becoming and has become today. I'm angry about it!!

It’s a result of today’s societal apathy due to the ever increasing liberal academic teaching in schools and erosion of the traditional family unit. American History if even taugh has been watered down and revised. Civics? A thing of the past. We use to teach manners in schools..... Today children are not taught, the primary focus of their curriculum is in preparation of standardized tests for government funding. Social interaction is replaced by social media. Family time is replaced by tv programming and such. God has been replaced by self worship.

The United States was the shining beacon of the world. We came to the world’s liberating rescue during two world wars. The generations that endured those decades came through with a fierceness and determination that echoed back to those that founded and birthed this nation.

Unfortunately every generation since has stepped farther and farther and farther away from the weakening values of their parents. The difference between today’s values to those say fifty years ago are almost beyond comparison.

There was a time people came to this country to be apart of the “American Dream”, a chance to make something of yourself and family. People immigrated here and while keeping their cultural identity, they integrated into society as Americans. We were the great melting pot. Today we are a splintered and culturally divided nation.

We’ve gone soft, immoral, intolerant, self absorbed and imo beyond saving. God Help us.
