Stark agrees Biden will lose because Biden is in the same situation Trump was in Sept/Oct 2019.

1.In Sept/Oct 2019 Biden was ahead in RCP aggregate polling.In Sept/Oct 2023 Trump is ahead in in RCP aggregate polling.In Sept/Oct the year before an election the candidate ahead in RCP aggregate polling has won the popular vote in every presidential election since 2008 .


2. In Sept/Oct 2019 Trump aggregate net approval ratings were double digit negative.In Sept/Oct 2023 Bidens aggregate net approval ratings are double digit negative.No incumbent president has won re election when his disapproval rating was higher than his approval rating.No incumbent president whose net approval ratings were double digit negative a year before the election has come back to have a higher approval than disapproval rating by election day.

3.In Sept/Oct 2019 my political circle,which is very large from me being a member of a democrat volunteer group and volunteering for democrats since 2008,hated Trump and couldn't wait to vote against Trump.Currently and for over a year the super majority of my political circle hate Biden.Many will volunteer and vote Green or for Dr West,many will stay home.Every black person I know hated Trump In Sept/Oct 2019 and could not wait to vote for Biden.Currently and for over a year every black person I know under the age of 60 hate Biden and wont be voting for him in 2024.Some are planning to vote for West or The Green Party,some are planning to stay home.Recently many have said they will or are considering voting for Trump,mostly due to they feel betrayed by Biden and they hate all these migrants coming into the country.

4.In Sept/Oct 2019 blacks hated Trump and couldnt wait to vote against him.Currently Biden approval rating with blacks is 30 points lower than Obamas and Bill Clinton's.Multiple polls show Trump getting around 20% of the black vote.Democrats cant win a presidential race without around 90% of the black vote with high black voter turn out.Thats not going to happen if a democrat candidate approval ratings are in the 50s with blacks and the republican candidate is getting 20% of the black vote in polls.
