Ahhhhhhhhhh..... B1 you usually make the right calls, but that whole dog thing... Trump's no dummy.... he plays to his audience.... I'm not passing judgement on what she did, I wasn't there, but the optics are horrible. Remember he called Jr a "f***ing idiot" for shooting an elephant. Bad optics there too.

The dog was a menace. It shows strength on her part and is a good counter to the argument that she is just good looking with no substance.---She's the VP pick.
Hey, I agree, it took balls to put that in her book, because she's not stupid and she certainly must have gamed out the ramifications of how it would be received... all I'm saying is... that is the cannon-fodder from hell for the main-stream media... and there's a lot of white middle class, and black, somewhat solid affluent middle-class soccer moms that were heretofore swing voters... the ones Trump really needs... that are gonna hear about this poor dog ad-nauseam if he does in fact chose her, and it becomes a "case closed" matter in their decision as to who to vote for. Optics are optics. Facts don't matter.
And B1... I'm pretty sure Trump knows that. He's a chameleon, they all are, but he's a master. If he thinks the dog thing will cost him votes in the swing states.... there's no way on god's green earth she gets appointed on 'principal'. You over-estimate the Trump moral mindset when it comes to winning the match. He'd throw Baron and Melania under the bus if need be.
But again... we'll see.
