Focus is on the drug that is called Ozempic when prescribed for diabetes and Wegovy when prescribed for obesity, but other past and upcoming drugs described too.

Was surprised by this award since there are still so many unknowns, with studies showing both positive and negative effects.

One remarkable stat: "1.7% of people in the U.S. have been prescribed either Wegovy or Ozempic this year."

Hey, I tried it and it definitely works, so the Ozempic creators deserve the accolades in my opinion. I only piddled around with it for about 8 weeks but damn, it will knock your hunger out straight away.

My neighbor, who is a beautiful woman but has always struggled with her weight, recently went on Ozempic for 5 months and lost ALL of the weight she couldn't lose in the 20 years prior. I mean that's a serious game changer for most people who are constantly fighting weight gain, especially women who feel that they need to always maintain a certain level of "beautiful".
 
True story... there's a girl I know (who hates me)... but we share a great great friend who I have not seen in at least 2 or 3 years.... well I saw her a few months back and she showed me pictures of this other girl. She lost 85 friggin' pounds on this stuff. She looked hot. And those are 3 words I never thought I'd hear myself say.
 
This one... I've mentioned in another thread a few times too.
Go back a year or so and give it the before and after look.

There is zero doubt in my mind Cramer is guinea pigging himself to this stuff, and it appears to be working quite well.

Disclaimer: That's only speculation on my part, obviously I have no idea. But there is no denying he is getting skinnier by the day, and he has way too much energy to be sick with something that would cause that degree of weight loss.
 
I think the time for peptides has arrived. Semaglutide is not something that just came out this year and we do have great research on how devastating being overweight is.
Of course, it is prudent to focus on the unknown unknowns with something like semaglutide but you can't disregard the certainty of the risks of being overweight.
