Interesting. If this is accurate, it is a not a bright picture for Democrats. I wonder how much of this is also due to what I call the "Tony Stark" enthusiasm gap, where progressives are pissed off at Biden for not keeping his word and the Democrats are suffering through association for a crappy President.
