Senate yes.GOP has a major advantage in The House due to gerrymandering so not sure about that one.
Take away The EC, gerrymandering,and make DC and Puerto Rico states GOP would never win either branch.

With the exception of 2004,Dems have gotten more votes in every presidential election since 1992, before social media took off.
