I believe the plan is not to try and flip electoral college votes to Trump, but rather to end up denying Biden 270 and throw it into the House for a contingent election which favors Trump. The retail lawsuits are meant as a distraction and you can see that that is working as nearly all Idiot Dems are focused on how much The President is losing in court. Idiot Dems and Never-Trumpers really still don't understand how The President operates.
