No, I didn't say anything about those things.I love how you characterize a livable wage, healthcare and dignity as a 'handout'. Mark my words, unlike 2016, Trump and the GOP will lose the Hispanic vote in a landslide this time. A guy who was given a handout by his family and then ran scams to keep it, is hardly your role model for the 'hard working' American. He and his whole family are grifters of the worst kind.
I don't feel like opening this can of worms atm, but I know a couple Hispanic families that predominantly work in the trades. All are legal, and all vote. Its actually admirable how they do so cherish their vote when so many generational Americans could give a f. What I can tell you 100% is this... and this is admittedly an extremely small sample, but there is very little solidarity right now between these folks and what they see as a movement initially grounded in its righteousness, as having morphed into a tool for something far more sinister which is antithetical to both their religion and their culture.
You don’t think Hispanics get harassed by the cops? Wake up! If what you believe is true then Trump will win California and that’s not happening. Texas is moving blue and it’s not the white vote that’s moving it.
I think all young people of all colors, when acting like hoodlums, get harassed by cops. I'm sure I'm not the only one here that can perhaps attest to that. But you learn, and you grow up.
And Texas is not even close to going blue. Midterms mean nothing. But we'll see.
