99% of all wallets are smaller then 10 bitcoins...that tells the real story.
Sigh... you don't know how wallets work, do you? You're referring to an address containing an amount of bitcoin, but a bitcoin wallet contains more than one address, sometimes dozens of addresses.
This is the similar to what Pekelo was going on about, that many addresses contain an amount that is unspendable due to having less than the fees required for a transfer but these addresses belong to a wallet, and they are spendable when combined with multiple inputs.
