2015 Likely to Be Hottest Year Ever Recorded

Global temperatures are running far above last year’s record-setting level, all but guaranteeing that 2015 will be the hottest year in the historical record — and undermining political claims that global warming had somehow stopped.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the American agency that tracks worldwide temperatures, announced Wednesday that last month had been the hottest September on record, and in fact took the biggest leap above the previous September that any month has displayed since 1880, when tracking began at a global scale. The agency also announced that the January-to-September period had been the hottest such span on the books.

Buy some jackets. It is going to be a really cold winter in the north east. Just remember though, next winter is going to be much colder.

This doesn't surprise me, that much.

Particularly August, September, and October...felt like one really long heatwave. -- it was miserably muggy and sticky and humid for a while  over here in San Diego.

usually there's only like a week or two of horribly humid weather...but this year really stretched out much longer.
Have you been living in a cave? You haven't heard anything about el nino?

What are you going to do with all that heat already out there?

LOL!

Two people were burned and killed and another was hot and wounded in Colerain Township, Ohio, this morning (link). A four-year-old girl was hot and burned in an apparent sun tan tragedy in Albuquerque, NM, yesterday (link). A New York City police officer was hot and cooked yesterday (link). One person was sweating and overheated in Deer Park, OH yesterday (link). A man was hot and sweaty while driving his car this morning in Tulsa, OK (link). One person was overheating and sun burned and another was hot and sweaty in Indianapolis, IN last night (link).

Climate justice--Paris Climate talks style--LOL

"Indeed, notes Cass, if climate change will unleash an eco-catastrophe as claimed, then the harsh reality is that it might be more cost-effective for America and the West to impose their will by military force....

...But it is also conceivable that a really determined West could use the aegis of some UN-like global agency to create a standing military strike force to bomb or drone countries into compliance. Humanity’s very existence would be at stake, after all."

We're not talking about some crank scientist at bumfluk university here.
This is what's really being discussed relating to the Paris climate talks treaty that are coming up in November.

They're thinking of destroying countries in order to save them. Bomb the hell out of countries that won't get on the global warming bandwagon.

Foxone!
