I think there was a lot of funny stuff here in ET back in the day...remember MrMarket?...bring me you finest meats and cheeses...that was about the funniest moment in ET...
 
I have made some dramatic changes and am trading the segment (8:30cst-3:00cst) a totally different way than explained in this thread. I am now using the Time Series Forecast 140 and the Shinohara Intensity Ratio 26. I have answered the question of this thread for myself. Yes
  • Today marks 31 calendar days of testing. 23 of those days were trading days in which this system traded 13 times (56% of the time)
  • There were 10 wins out of those 13 trades (76.92% winrate).
  • The system netted $1,622.50 (24.96% considering initial capital of $6,500.00) less commissions in these 31 days. This is trading one Micro (MNQ)
  • While making that $1,622.50 those three losing trades were consecutive adding up to $92.50.
For some of you this does not excite you. For me it is very exciting considering that I can work a full time job while doing this.

I will continue the forward testing here in this thread with this new approach.

Now they will post...Trade it live!...bla bla bla...I will when I am ready, don't rush me damn it. Then I will start a journal.

If I only make half of what I am performing with now I would be excited. Because this is all mine! Its just one entry and one exit on half of the trading days. Seriously...take away half for slippage and commish.
