Not a bad day for me to start this thread. Can't promise I'll post everyday but I'll try. I'm a simple man with very few words, so don't expect too much from me.

DraXon -

Great job.

I, too, exited when the ES broke that support area. I trade the 2-minute bars usually, but on days like today the 5's can be a real friend. After each pivot just ratchet up the old stop.

Keep 'em coming.

Don't get me wrong - I don't average this many points usually! Wait till you see me trade those horrible choppy days.

09:32 - Long ES @ 920.50
14:18 - Exit Long @ 930.50

* Reason for entry: Continued strength
* Reason for exit: 4 point trailing stop

Traded very level-headed today. Almost mechanical. This is what I strive for every single trading day.

09:50 Long ES @ 932.50
10:30 Exit ES @ 936.50

* Reason for entry: bouncing of support . . . showing strength
* Reason for exit: hitting resistance

11:00 Short ES @ 932.50
13:47 Exit ES @ 928.50

* Reason for entry: clear resistance.
* Reason for exit: 4 point trailing stop

13:47 Long ES @ 928.50
15:20 Exit ES @ 934.50

* Reason for entry: reversal from previous trade.
* Reason for exit: closing time looming, taking my profits.

DraXon,

You're doing very well. I like your simple-but-effective approach to trading ES. Looks like you just use support and resistance along with trailing stops, and it works for you. Congratulations.
