I think you are a useful idiot indeed. Why always Russian? The Russian can just simply shut the gas outflows at the origination point, rather send spies into both Denmark and Sweden zones, risk being caught.

Not quite so simple. Gazprom is still under contract to supply gas. This is why Gazprom claimed their equipment cannot be repaired due to sanctions and both Canada and Siemens in Germany denied this being the case.
Others have said the supply cannot be completely cut off due to how the pipe flow works.

I'm sure they'll eventually figure this out because ships in the area are likely mapped, even the ones with fake transponders.

I bet the EU bureucrats will deny the Russian investiagtion team a visa to the damaged location, to humiliate the Russians.... (the two damaged locations lie in Swedish and Belgian waters I think).

What else do you think the Russians deserve? Maybe a red carpet welcome and a seafood buffet? This happened in Danish waters, a hostile nation isn't going to conduct anything in the area.

I am not a big Biden fan. But - Russia invaded and Nordstream 2 was completely halted. Immediately. As Biden said.

he did really well signaling Russia’s intentions. It was a pretty savvy move.

I think history will be kinder to him than everyone currently is.

Don't know who did it (by technology required and level of competence, who knows, could be US).

But the fact remains: German cowardly Putinists who have been pushing for Russian gas are now left high and dry. They have no argument anymore. Game, set, match.
