I am sincerely interested in viewing that video, is it available. I did try googling SCOTUS on TV, etc. but didn't find it. Not doubting you, just not often we see a Justice on TV.?

hats not the hearing I saw, but I saw a similar statement. IMO Thomas was clearly interested in eliminating the ambiguity with respect to NBC.
