2 mins of no trading?

It seemed to me there was trading in the emini's during this supposed halt at 11am for 2 minutes in observance of Vets day. Does anyone know the reasons why?

I believe that the futures markets were not closed, they only asked that a moment of silence be observed.

Well it wasn't a halt. Only a requested observance. Guess some just didn't observe the observance. It almost stopped though. For that matter it's still almost stopped.
