Kevin is an excellent algo developer and good teacher. On top of that he is a really nice guy (not that that is necessarily a requisite to purchase a course, but it's helpful). If looking into learning how to algo trade you could a lot worse the him. I would start by watching all of his youtube videos and reading everything on his site- he gives away quite a bit of information.

It seems like he is pretty solid. And I am busy with the videos on his site. There are quite a few. His course is costly and I don't want to make the same mistake again.

It is. But if you are in this for the long haul, he has a commission rebate program with tradestation equivalent to the cost of the course. So you pay for the course up front and over time save on commissions until it is essentially free. Full disclosure- I never bought his course, so I can't vouch for how good it is, but I did look into it extensively and still follow for ideas and find them to be very good. I would also suggest looking at Andrea Unger (Unger Academy), Matt Owens (Triforce Trader), or Thomas Nesnedal (Breakout Trading Academy) as other potential algo course options.

I can never match their filling prices. I am starting to think that their filling prices are just a myth and based on that their profit margins are inflated. Think about it. It is near impossible to trade like they trade. Also they recommend a 10% risk on each trade they give. Their seminars is just really promotional / infomercials. Very little "actual information" are handed out. Trust me, I watched a few and I cannot sit through another session.
