2/3 of Wisconsin 8th Graders Can’t Read Proficiently

Despite the highest spending in the Midwest Wisconsin 8th graders can't read well. What do these teachers to with their students all day? Obviously not teach them what they need to know to even live life effectively.

It's all relative to other schools and other countries.

The Wisconsin school system is falling behind in regards to other midwest school systems and the U.S. school systems are falling behind the rest of the world. Something here isn't working right.
