Obama's dad is Kenyan - do you deny that?

The definition of NBC has yet to be ruled upon by the Supreme Court.
There is case law and reason to believe NBC should be a higher standard than citizen, but in the end that would be up to the court.

Note... I am not asking anyone to sue Obama over this anymore. I was predicting it would get to court, it did. Orly Taitz blew it.

But, I have a problem when leftists get on here and lie about facts regarding where Obama was born.

There are no real facts on that subject. Obama took a default rather than present facts.

Actually the article mentions that they were in contact with the non-athletes on a daily basis and that it was "probably" checked for accuracy. Also I have already said I don't believe Obama was born abroad.. so am I a birther that believes he was born in Hawaii?

The point was why wasn't this changed for 16 YEARS? and that link OccupyThis provided does work, just give it a few seconds. Do u think it was petty and/or partisan to demand Mittens tax filings during his years at Bain? Mitt should have said he would make his taxes public as soon as Obama did the same with his school records. This is just going to get dirtier anyway. And I agree its about the economy as it should be.. which is why Oring should lose.

Obama was for Gay Marriage in 95, then he flipped the script, realizing that black people are very anti gay marriage, and now he comes out and says he "Evolved on the issue" and there is no one on the left calling him out on the fact that he flip flopped twice on the issue, and there are actually people coming out and comparing him to Abraham Lincoln as a civil rights hero, even though he took the position of passing it off as a states rights issue, so that he didnt have to take a position from a legislative standpioint.....

You mean to tell me that is "fair journalism" You really think Romney would have gotten the same treatment had he pulled the same stunt?

The only reason they covered clinton is because the scandal had gotten to the point that it was easily proven, and sex sells. If they would have ignored that issue while it was happening when it was blatantly obvious it had happened, they would have went out of business.

Natural Born Citizen will not be ruled on because for one thing there is no need. Common law ,Constitutional Law ,even the words of the father of the Constitution define it , make it perfectly clear.
You'd be better off seeking a Supreme Court Ruling on the time of day.
Therefore Obama's parentage, and anyone else's for that matter, is not an issue. He was born on American soil and according to all the above that is a NBC. It's obvious when you actually think about it.

Yes of course in essence you are correct, but specific instances distort what happens in the media generally.

I think it fair to say they get the same treatment overall when push comes to shove. Each side has its good and bad press depending on the mood and the events at the time.

I do not cite wikipedia as the authority on this because that would be the U.S. Supreme Court but I cite wikipedia because it gives a run down of both sides.
