Their sexual orientation isn't the issue to me anyway. It's the outright discrimination. Sadly some of these white women who are onboard with these kind of politics don't realize one important thing: they're next! In the victimhood hierarchy, they rank lower than most other minority groups. Google is beyond liberal. They're now a pro antifa organization that is borderline communist. White women are next, then Asian women. Of course Asian men are already on the chopping block along with White men.
I like Google but this is going to be expensive.
If this becomes a class action lawsuit, it will be a mess. Google the search engine is great. The politics...communism 2.0.

This is an interesting case. He's making a worker's rights claim. BI is fairly left leaning and they're pegging the odds of Da'More's success as above decent. In any case, this will not be the last lawsuit. PR damage to Google is done and will get worse.

Every email involving discrimination against white men is bow discoverable. Can you imagine what that will turn up?
In a fair court, I see his chances as good. I haven't looked into it, but I would suspect he also has a case based on the employees' manual ,which probably has tons of nonsense about how they value diversity and dissent.
