Sorry sports fans, but knee jerk politics and more laws aren't going to save us on this issue. We have a deep societal problem here, it's been going on for a generation or two, and now we reap the consequences of the failed ideology and polices.
Kids need parents, two of them, a man and a woman. Kids need guidance and they need consequences to wrong actions and behavior. Kids need parents who are involved instead of lazy ass adults who administer drugs to control behavior. Kids need parents, not best buddies dressed up as parents. Kids need a basic school curriculum, not a bunch of social restructuring nonsense.
We need a media that shows no bias. We need a media with a sense of moral direction and conscious instead of ratings motivated. We need a media with at least some minimum of intellectual honesty.
We need politicians to do their jobs rather than endlessly campaign. We need accountability for failure of political policies. We need men and women who can organize and lead a nation.
IOW, given that we have none of this on the horizon, we need a f'n miracle.

Short of treating these as terrorists and then infringing on their 1st by monitoring their online activities using the patriot act, and then infringing on their 2nd, I don't see a way around it.

I was 15 years old when Columbine happened. It was a front page news story every single day on every major news outlet for the next 6 weeks.

Fast-forward to the Parkland Florida school shooting....it only took 4 days until it was no longer front page news.

The fact that mass shootings are now normalized is a sad, sad sign about the state of affairs in this country.

While, this is sad, it is not surprising. When you have extreme liberals like Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashid Tlaib, Ayanna Pressley, extreme liberals of Hollywood like Alyssa Milano, John Legend, Stephen Colbert, etc., extreme liberal media attacking President Donald Trump, Republicans, Conservatives, whites, police, Border Patrol, ICE agents, etc. 24/7 non-stop, you are sowing racial strife and intolerance! It is only a matter of time before the kooks of both sides get triggered and act up! This is not suprising yet, extreme liberals continue with their vile, intolerance and hateful rants as we discuss this matter. They really want the US to destroy itself!
