And to be clear, Alito’s statement is that in his view Texas has the right to file papers but the case was without merit so he would not have ruled in Texas’ favor anyway.

Well anyone has the right to sue,, SC said not only does the claim semll like bullshit but Texas does not have the right to sue about election process in another state.


The lawyers advising the Trump teams should be asked to hand in their licenses and be barred from practicing law because this has been some of the dumbest shit I have seen legally since the white boy got off of rape because he was a good swimmer.

Are there really this many morons, or has ET become a magnet for them? And what's even more surprising is how many morons there are among lawyers. It would seem impossible that the regard for lawyers that the average American has could go any lower; yet the seemingly impossible is indeed being achieved. How embarrassing it must be to be a lawyer these days and be associated with these clowns.
