Isn't that already how it works.... the states name electors who go to the convention and cast their votes? The electors are not REQUIRED to cast their votes for the winners in their state as it is.

The SCOTUS needs to acknowledge the widespread and rampant fraud by requiring the electors from those states abstain at the convention. That way neither candidate would get the required 270 electoral votes and the decision could be thrown into the House of Representatives.

If the Dems are allowed to get away with this heist, it will be America's "Battle of the Alamo!"

The only viable path forward from a practical standpoint, assuming the Trump Campaign and others sufficient merit and standing in the US Supreme Court, is to have remedies that effectively addresses election law violations, ranging from disqualification of invalid ballots all the way to another election in the affected precincts. Law breakers should not benefit from their wrong doing, but the people must choose their electors.

Like I said, now that Trump and his allies has thrown all of these allegations of fraud through the courts to some varying degree in over 50 law suits, this argument of voter fraud has no bearing anymore.
