Just thought I'd give him a chance to make his case. I am highly skeptical but will listen if he puts forth just a modicum of effort.
It sounds so reasonable knocks.
Here is my problem.
You sound like a reasonable person holding a healthy skepticism.
If that is all the people I had to deal with on this site, I would try to be more accomodating.
But just look at the 2 assholes: one posting above you, the other clown below you.
Do you think for one second I would do anything to make them at all happy?
Put it another way. Let's say you have 150 clients who after reading all the crap, decide to pay you a fee and take a chance on your reputation. They become your loyal clients and you respect them.
Then you encounter a couple of dozen truly inferior, ignorant scum who dare to insult you and challenge your integrity.
So what do you do, reward them with a FREE chance to observe your expertise?
Then what?
I know I can prove the value of my business.
Do you honestly think any of the flame mouthed detractors has the integrity to ever recognize that they were completely off base and wrong?
Do you actually believe one single idiot who not knowing me or the service I provide at all, would ever apologize publicly?
If you do you have a hell of a lot more faith in humanity than I do.
Read some of the nonsense. No logic. They are too stupid to realize they are stupid.
This is one of the best quotes ever. Few on this site could even see how inane it was:
Quote from SusanaDT:
I guess I should tell you, I no longer even read what you post, because 99% is all fantasy.
I was never a customer of Puretick, my brother was.
In fact, you are one of the worst traders I have ever witnessed.
Susana
She does not read what I write because she knows it is fantasy?
Maybe I said she was a smart woman.
Never a customer but witnessed my trading?
Hope she does not witness a murder without witnessing it---might be a difficult conviction even on Law and Order.
That is not too bad.
But most of the slime who are my biggest detractors BELIEVE IN SUZZIE PIG AND support her 100%.
So now I get to you---a person who though skeptical at least seems reasonable.
How do I win the business of someone like you?
I make a case on line here. Present the arguments of assholes.
Present the logic that if I were as described there would be no way I could retain clients for months and months.
Then I make the assumption that if you are going to trade, then you should have sufficient capital where $29.00 is not a financial burden. If it is then I have kept you from trading, and that is a good thing. One should have sufficient risk capital before trading index futures.
My service is no more expensive than a trading book. If a certain person would demand that the author of a trading book present incontrovertibel evidence that the book would make that person money, then I also suggest that person should not consider trading for a living. They have not, as Mark Douglas suggests in Trading in the Zone, fully accepted the risks of trading.
They are searching for guarantees. And that is futile.
The ET newbies make a big deal about market calls and track records.
Actually I do not.
I do not want some trader or potential trader to sit on the couch, watch Oprah and wait to hear the buzzer go off signaling the trade.
I want someone who wants to develop their trading skills.
I can assure you that every trade we announce (by the famous buzzer) is tradeable. About 80% of the calls are suggested that a trader put on half a position at the market. About 20% are given a limit price. Since there is not ONE PURETICK ACCOUNT, the reported prices are those either reported by the trading clients, or my actual cash fills whichever make the record less profitable.
There are times when I have taken a profit on a call but a sufficient number of newer traders report that they were not able to get out of a trade fast enough and took a loss where I will make sure the track record reflects a loss.
I am not stupid. If I am going to report a win on trades where some guy is paying me $299.00 per month and he had a loss, I will lose that client. For what, to gain an ET $29.00 trial?
You see the critics here. Have you ever seen one who sent in his statement that shows he bought x at x oclock on my signal and showed his stop out loss, then showed his copy of the room transcript and my reported track record showing a gain?
Has there been 1 case in the history of Puretick criticism?
Of course not.
By the way we have already found 3 flamers who were on the payroll of a couple of trading room operators with less than stellar track records and wanted to try to reduce the impact of the competition.
They eventually bought into my concept of fair play.
So you have 3 options:
1) Save the $29.00 and forever retain the privelege of calling me a scam artist.
2) Spend the $29.00 and possibly PROVE to yourself that I am the worst trader to ever meet a margin call and for ten days try to convince 100 or so paying members that they really are losing money with me but are only being tricked into thinking they are profitable.
3) Spend the $29.00 and then you can take over this monthly writing binge I go on and fight with the flamers who will call you a paid shill because you report: "Holy cow guys, this guy Alex is the real deal. I know it is unbelievable, but Puretick could charge $500.00 per month and have happy clients."
Your choice.
Good trading.
