I'm sure he was good at concealing his activity on those statements he sent out...but i dont understand how in this country someone who told people he didnt want their business and they insisted he take it and they never checked really what he was doing ,why are they not responsible for their own goofy losses? Why is bernie guilty of anything? a ponzi scheme....this guy acted like he didnt want the money! Bernie or Barnie frank... do you think barney is going to get 150 years for what he did to everyone in the real estate market? If Bernie had not caved he would have gotten all the money back by now! This case is to stupid!Glodman scahs, barny frank, rahm emanuel, those are crooks... Bernie was just trying to get everybody some money!
