15,000 Dow

Did anyone else suggest the correct answer?
 
Do the medium term and long term things really affect the day-trading? I trade DAX future every day 1-5 trades out with profit or stop before market close. Hardly noticed any "terms". As a friend trader keep predicting what would be in a few months I asked him did you hold position that long? if not what's the point? I maybe terribly wrong. Would someone with more experience lend me some advice? BTW i do read daily charts.
 
I'm not a trend follower of course.

Nevertheless the Dow is cooking. If you take the rise from 10000 in 250 point steps .. that is so far 5 steps to 11250.

Any forecasters for 12000?

To be honest I only fished this thread up again because I'd posted my view on a 15000 Dow somewhere way back around that time. Seems like then the 10000 Dow was pretty much stuck in most minds as the range. Dow now is well past half way to 15000 from that 10000 level.
