Poland had the largest population because they'd been thrown out of every other country, and the only ones in the West that would take them as refugees were the Netherlands and England. Some wound up by accident in France, Italy, and Germany, but the vast vast majority went to points East, which for 90% of them meant Poland, simply because Poland was always being traded off between Germany and Russia, so there wasn't any real way to throw them out of a country that didn't really have much control over where its borders would end up on any given day.

Your questions were irrelevant, as there was nothing in anything I wrote that suggested Christianity as a religion is hostile to Jews. Obviously, it's not.
European Christians, on the other hand, had a very very long and bloody history of persecution against the Jews. First and foremost, it has to do with fighting over scarce resources, which in Europe's case meant land, which Jews were forbidden to own.
Another way of looking at the history is that prosperous countries, England and the Netherlands, didn't feel threatened at all by having Jews among their population. Poorer countries did.
That's pretty much how it always works when it comes to hate, right down to the level of the individual.
