My oldest son attended the Haverford School which is an exclusive private school requiring testing and capital to attend. In first grade, while standing in line, the son of a prominent, famous industrialist family bit him on the back-- drawing blood and leaving tooth prints/scar. I can't get into any other details, but suffice to say the attacker wasn't poor or disadvantaged. It was more like the wealthy attacking the poor kid. So, it goes both ways.

Yes, and I'm sure incidents such as the one you mention vastly outnumber the violence in inner city public schools.
