For that price they might be able to throw in a submarine dock ?
They’ve built billions $$ in condo projects right on the shore from sunny isle to south beach with penthouse condos fetching as much as $65 mill. They been working on a sea wall for years. When it rains hard forget about tropical storms most of south beach is flooded. Is that crazy or stupid or maybe a little of both.
I would never buy it as within a few decades it might be completely under water.

Well eventually The Himalayas will be the only place that's above water but in the meantime, this is still a nice island to live on once you put in all the infrastructures like electricity, water, sewage, security, firefighting, medics, natural disaster relief and etc.. We only a few decades to live anyway.
