Racist behavior has always been mostly from white conservatives in the confederate south,from slavery to today.

So what does any of this have to do with removing statues? I get it, some may find them offensive, but they are historical evidence of a different time. Might they belong in a museum rather than the town square? That's a legitimate argument, but it needs to be done in a legal fashion. The truth is there are bigger fish to fry and this is just lazy political moves to grab a headline. At the end of the day it changes nothing of substance, which is typical of our do nothing government.
