The United States has already warned that high-level dialogue would be at risk unless Pakistan releases US diplomatic official Raymond Davis, who said he was acting in self-defense when he shot dead two men in Lahore last month.

Congress in 2009 approved a five-year, $7.5-billion aid package meant to build schools, infrastructure and democratic institutions as Pakistan ended a decade of military rule.

"It's entirely possible that a member of Congress would come down and offer an amendment to cut funding for Pakistan based on their detaining Mr. Davis," Kline said.

For the same reason we don't find many successful corporations with workforces greater than 1 million people, governments cannot and should not be expected to reconcile the divergent needs and desires of that many people, let alone 10s of millions. Just got back from a trip to India - the country's political system is completely broken. 1.2 billion is just too complex a management task.

But Indian regime is coercing and manipulating these communities with Affirmative Action.

Rajputs were the true kings/rulers of India. Some Rajputs are strongest and most brave people in the world. Basically rajputs are strong and brave. I think British and Rajputs were good friends. When British left India other people grabbed money and power and today Rajputs are unknown and poor people in India. If Rajputs would have been ruling/leading India then today India would have been the richest and powerful country in the world. Rajputs are located in Rajasthan state which has giant palaces and castles, beautiful landscape, honest and very helpful people. My sincere suggestion is that world people should visit/travel Rajasthan before they leave this Earth.

The British had figther planes and tanks in 1940. British could have crushed Indian revolution if they wanted to but not a single bomb or tank fell on Indian soil. I think when World War 2 ended the British were withdrawing their army from other colonies in the world so they withdrew from India also. Also some 1 million+ Indian people were figthing for British in World War 2. So Britsh left India peacefully and some people say Gandhi is responsible for India's freedom. There something definately wrong with India. Strange world.

Gandhi thought of Indian sovereignty after he was kicked out of a train in South Africa.
And Gandhi humiliated British by roaming half naked across the World.

Gandhi was lucky that British left India peacefully and willingly when Gandhi was popular because I think British had lost many of their people in World War 2. England was destroyed to great extent because of German bombimg. British could have ruled India for another 100 years if they wanted to. I think British never wanted to rule India. They had just come to India for trade and commerce but India got scared. Even today outside companies are not allowed to invest more that 50% in Indian companies otherwise all the giant Indian companies will be taken over/acquired by outside companies within days. The biggest Indian company today is I think Reliance industries which is worth some $50 Billion. Madoff fraud was for $60 Billion.
