The booming economy benefited some. It also made food and other necessities more costly for those left behind. China is creating millionaires and billionaires out of slave labor.

Why Cuba? Havent they been earning less than most of the world for the last 10 or 20 years and they still havent had a revolution?

Average cuban makes about 1/6 what the poorest egyptians make. 33 cents per day....$10 per month....(Although if you are a doctor in cuba or a famous entertainer, you get a whooping $20 per month!!)

Why havent cubans revolted yet? If they havent by now, they likely wont.

There are countries on the list which can and have in the past ............brutally surpress any Egypt Style protests by people. China, Iran, Libya come to mind right away.

Pakistan having both nukes and AQ within its territory................. will not be allowed to implode. Pak implosion will be too dangerous for the region and the world.
