Seeing that the channel is Korean it would not surprise me if a lot of plastic surgery was involved. I didn't check any of the videos though.

Haven't even considered that. Believable tho. Maybe the face as well, but the body - very likely, since there's lots of skin remaining, usually, after such a ,,dramatic'' weight loss.

In reality, all men of whom i know, those that are into chubby girls like this, do this out of desperation or limited choice.
Meanwhile, 70% of the females, after the dramatic weight loss, dump their boyfriends.
