Apex is a scam. The rolling list they show as payouts from Deel is actually a bot. Job No. 1 at Apex is to make up excuses not to pay traders.

That’s my thought also especially when you see how verbose their rules are.

They have a lot of discretion wether to pay you or not …

But I believe that if it’s not fair then one can try to get the money by bringing the case in front of the court ?

I miswrote, when I said no time limit, i meant you can finish evaluation in one day. I had issue with Apex, They owe me $5690. they refused to pay me saying that My ip address. well my ip address changes at work or on mobile.

Their business model is based on losing clients (victims). As long as you lose there is no problem. Once you make money the problem starts. They fake trading which becomes a problem when a client is profitable.

IP adress is BS. Everybody who uses vpn has constant changing IP adresses. My brokers never made any problem about changing IP adresses. IP adresses have no value if you want to identify a person.
I have thousands of IP addresses at my disposal.

That being said … I am at the beginning of a process of withdrawing 500k from them.

Their rules are convoluted and subject to interpretation. Just like the OP said about his IP, I bet there is absolutely nothing on their website that says if your IP changes, we don't pay you. Their evaluation time is a scam as well because although they advertise 7 days, it's actually close to a month because of their withdrawal policy. Apex is the worst of the worst out there.

With the average client taking up a loan to pay for a $100 subscription fee I don't imagine many of them having the financial resources to move forward within the legal system.

There was however a guy posting here who had a windfall profit of around $200K from one of the forex firms that was not being paid out and I think he said he was taking legal action. Never heard how it actually went down.

I'm 100 % convinced that at some point in the future at least one of these firms will go down, though.

If traders got together they could find an attorney who could organize a class action suit. If the case looks good, the attorney might take it on contingency.

Is it really that hard to save 5-10k to trade on your own? I mean seriously, if you're broke as hell, trading is the last thing you should do.
5k trading 1 micro is a good start. But no, greedy bastards want the 50-100k accounts, and yet being delusional that they are actually making progress trading these demo accounts.

I 100 % understand the business model. There was a time I didn't.

So, by that extrapolation I'm more inclined to believe this member and every other complaint I read about this firm to be correct.

Unless you have a personal interest in this firm there's zero reason you should engage in any kind of debate taking their side.

I have absolutely no personal interest in this firm, but i yet have to see any piece of evidence that confirms they are scamming anyone ... .

Do you have a personal interest in the firm? Why are you engaging in the conversation if you don't and why wouldn't i be allowed the same privilege?

You have every right to believe whatever or whoever you want, just like i have every right to question these claim of scamming without even the tiniest piece of evidence to back it up .

So far i found all people who claimed Apex or any other funding company for that matter were scamming them to just be sour losers who couldn't stick to the rules. Not one of them could give any evidence ...

Anyway, feel free to believe whatever you want without any evidence. I prefer to only judge based on facts .

It's probably something else is it not? Maybe they found straddle trades from two different accounts. You know identical offsetting trades where one account is sacrificed to have sure gain in another. It's a shame i have not been able to withdraw from them even one would boost my confidence.
